Class Descriptions
BodyStep™ is a simple, athletic workout that will shape
and tone your entire lower body and push your fat burning
systems into high gear. The group atmosphere is inspiring.
The music and energy are addictive. Body Step will get
you back on your step and right into shape.
BodyFlow™ is a revolution in mind/body training that will change the way you feel about your body forever. It combines yoga, Pilates, tai chi, and modern dance throught the program.
BodyPump™ is the original barbell class to music. No steps, no dancing, pure strength training, pure fun. Awesome instructors and motivating music. Real results-real fast-fat burning and quite simply it's the fastest way in the universe to get in shape!
RPM™ is an indoor cycling program for delveloping cardiovascular capacity. Burning up to 700 calories in a single session, RPM is a favorite of those who want to reduce body fat. RPM improves general endurance and develops body strength.

BodyJam™ is a cardio workout where you are free to enjoy the sensation of dance. An addictive fusion of the latest dance styles and hottest new sounds puts the emphasis as much on having fun as breaking a sweat. Funky instructors teach you to move with attitude through this 55-minute class. So, grab a friend, get front and center and get high on the feeling of dance.

BodyCombat™ is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.

The Lighter Side - a low-impact aerobic class that will get your heart rate in the target zone with floor work consisting of hand held weights and more emphasis on stretching at the end of class.
Cycling - is a 40 minute bike only routine consisting of three different drills: riding, rhythmic and athletic. The program is structured so that beginners and athletes can achieve maximum cardiovascular benefits, even if they ride side-by-side. An excellent conditioning program for the gluteus muscles, thighs, abs, lower back, pectorals and lats. You need to bring a bottle of water.
Yoga - join us to experience the many benefits of Hatha Yoga...add flexibility, balance, strength, breathing techniques, and relaxation to your fitness.
Core Yoga - has the many benefits of yoga; add flexibility, balance, strength, breathing techniques, and an intense abdominal workout. If you are feeling you need a tune-up for the md section, this is the class for you!
