I take the personal in “Personal Trainer” seriously, and I am experienced at designing an effective “personal” program for all fitness levels. I work with anyone, from competitive athletes to 80 year old knee replacement patients. Some of my areas of expertise include:

After I started feeling numerous aches and pains due to compensation for my injured shoulder. I was completely fed up with my general health at the age of 45. I attended a spin class given by Amanda Valle this past summer and mentioned my injury and subsequent problems to her. After 24 sessions over about 4 months I have made incredible progress with my shoulder. I have not had this much strength or mobility since prior to my injury. The detail and effort Amanda put into improving my shoulder was incredible. My low back issues have improved dramatically and I no longer have any issues with my knee or hip. One day I was getting a massage at the Spa at Club Northwest and my therapist, explained to me that my muscles were shrinking in on themselves which was causing me pain. That was my AHA moment. Pilates is one of the most effective methods of achieving better balance, core strength, flexibility and proper breathing there is. It has the ability to lift and connect your mind, spirit and body to bring a sense of balance and focus to your life. Personally, I would recommend Pilates to everyone. I have found Amanda to be an excellent Pilate’s instructor with the ability to inspire and educate and still make it a fun experience. She’ll have you asking for more. -Gayle W.
