Who I am as a Trainer:
I specialize in helping people functionally move better to optimize not only their workouts, but their life. In achieving a more functional way of movement, people become fit for life. I take a holistic approach to wellness, which transcends exercise alone. I give nutritional guidance; dialing in ratios of macronutrients necessary to succeed in weight loss, performance and/or maintenance. I have a passion to assist clients in need of lifestyle changes necessary to maintain wellness while getting to know them personally. As a versatile trainer, who is easily tailored to any client needs, I can provide motivation and accountability to those who need it and teach tools of self sufficiency to those who may not. I am proficient in functional movement screening and can identify dysfunctions in the body in order to reduce the wear and tear that can lead to injuries. Additionally, I work with athletes as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for on and off-season training. I work with anyone looking for help in reaching personal goals.
